Volunteer with Military Bible Association with James Linzey

Sign-up today to be an MBA volunteer, supporting our military chaplains and troops. Our uniformed men and women need other volunteers with strong moral fiber they can count on who will back them up in at least one of several different ways:

Prayer: We need caring, mature Christians to pray with military personnel who call for prayer support.

Counselors: We need pastors, ordained ministers, and military chaplains (Active, Reserve, Guard, or Retired) to be phone counselors or regional counselors for military personnel to talk with by phone or in person.

Communications: We need communication partners to organize letter-writing campaigns to be shipped to the troops or to write individual letters.

Resource: We need resource providers to gather humanitarian supplies to destitute Afghans and Iraqis and other individuals in need overseas and/or to organize parties to assemble care packages to be shipped to the troops.

Hospitality: We need hospitality coordinators to organize welcome home celebrations for returning military units.

Fundraising: We need fundraising coordinators to organize local fund-raisers, raising money to donate The Leader’s Bibles to troops.

Financial Partners: We need financial partners to contribute (one-time, monthly, or annual contributions) to the mission of the Military Bible Association in order to provide The Leader’s Bible to our troops.

Local Reps: We need local representatives to communicate the mission of the Military Bible Association at your local church, providing updates to your pastor on the mission of the Military Bible Association, networking with the Regional Field Director, and taking advantage of fundraising opportunities such as stocking The Leader’s Bible at your church bookstore. The proceeds will mutually benefit the ministry of the local church and enable the Military Bible Association to donate Bibles for troops.

Regional Field Reps: We need Regional Field Reps to make presentations at local churches once a year in their region. The presentations are usually 10 minute multi-media presentations on DVD (materials provided by MBA).

There are many ways you may assist in promoting the mission and work of the Military Bible Association. We encourage you to become involved and share this ministry with us!
